No Frills Income Tax Preparation Service - $50

This service is designed for the budget minded client with a very simple tax return. If you have not had any problem filing in previous years then this service may be for you.

  • Up to 5 slips. Additional slips @ $1 per slip.
  • No business schedules
  • No rental schedules
  • No pension splitting. If one spouse has a pension you may want to consider our regular or full service to take full advantage of income splitting. 
  • If CRA requests follow up, that request will go directly to the taxpayer.
  • Contact by mail, email or telephone only.
  • Medical expenses must be added up and total provided (this is a high audit item)
  • Charitable donations must be added up and total provided (this is a high audit item)
  • No capital property dispositions or capital gains other than reported on income slips.
  • No commissioned sales expenses or employment expenses.
  • If you have been through a family or marital change we highly recommend you use our regular or discount service.
  • All fee's subject to GST

Discount Income Tax Preparation Service - from $75

This service is designed for the client that doesn't need to talk with a tax consultant. They are confident that their papers are in order but still want to have the support of a professional to give advice if something could be done better or to answer any questions from CRA.

  • Up to 10 slips (additional charge for extra slips)
  • Business and rental schedules allowed (additional charge)
  • All CRA requests, both pre-assessment and post-assessment, will come to our office and we will handle them on your behalf. (Complex assessments and excessive photocopying are extra) 
  • If required 15 minute in person interviews for reviewing your tax documents.  (Greater Victoria area only).
  • Tax planning and tax savings ideas for future considerations may be suggested.
  • Additional charges will apply as the complexity of the return increases, i.e. capital gains, excessive medical expenses and charitable donations, employment expenses etc.
  • All fee's subject to GST

    HOW TO GET THESE PACKAGES


    The steps are straight forward:

    1. Fill out as much of the on-line questionnaire as you can and drop-off/email/mail/fax it to us to get started

    2. When we receive your tax information from you, we will contact you by email to confirm that we have received it.

    3. Once we have completed your return, we will send you a copy of the E-File form T-183 for your signature.

    4. After we receive payment and your signed T-183 form, we will E-File your return, send you a copy of the confirmation from CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) and send you back a copy of your return via email/mail/fax, depending on your choice of communication. Please consider choosing e-mail to save paper.

    You have three different ways that you can send information to us:

    Mail or drop-off E-mail Fax
    1. Open the on-line form & fill in as much information as possible and print the form.  
    2. Put the form and ALL your information slips together into an envelope.
    3. Include your credit card info for payment, we accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
    4. Drop-off at any of our locations, or mail to:

    1. Complete the on-line electronic form and submit it to us.
    2. We will send you a link to our secure e-mail service
    3. Scan all of your documents and email them to us though our secure email service.
    4. Include your credit card info for payment, we accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
